The Loop Policy
1. General Terms
The Loop is an online marketplace where users can sell and purchase second-hand items. By using our platform at www.theloop.id, you agree to our terms and policies.
2. Selling on The Loop
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and clear images of the items they list.It is prohibited to list counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items.
Sellers must ship items within 36 hours of the order being placed. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and the buyer will receive a refund.
Sellers using our consignment service cannot request the return of their clothes. Items that remain unsold after 12 months can either be returned to the seller or committed for donation.
3. Buying on The Loop
Buyers must review item descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase.
The Loop does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or condition of items.
4. Payments and Shipping
Payments are processed securely through The Loop platform.
Sellers are responsible for meeting the 36-hour shipping requirement.
Buyers must confirm receipt of the item after delivery.
5. No Returns Policy
All sales on The Loop are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to relist the item for resale on The Loop.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes can be filed with our support team within 48 hours of item receipt.
The Loop will mediate disputes but cannot guarantee resolutions.
7. Community Guidelines
Respectful and ethical behavior is expected from all users.
Abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
8. Privacy and Security
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
